These Terms regulate how users can access the Aviator App and explain the responsibilities of both the platform and the player. By entering or using the application, you confirm your acceptance of these conditions.

Eligibility Requirements

Participation is allowed only for users who meet the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. Accurate registration information must be provided during sign-up. Creating accounts with false identities or maintaining multiple profiles may result in account suspension.

Account Responsibility

Each account is intended for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another person. Players are responsible for protecting their login credentials and monitoring the activity in their wallet. If any suspicious login attempts or unusual activity appear, they should be reported immediately.

Gameplay Conditions

Aviator operates with its own round-generation mechanism. Every crash multiplier is produced independently and is not influenced by earlier outcomes. Bets must be placed and confirmed before the round begins; late entries will not be accepted.

If a technical malfunction occurs, the situation will be reviewed internally to determine the appropriate resolution.

Intellectual Property

All software components, visual elements, and brand materials are our property and are legally protected. Copying, distributing, or modifying them without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Responsibility

The Aviator App cannot be held responsible for financial losses that may occur due to voluntary betting or for connectivity problems and other external factors outside our control.

These Terms are applied in accordance with the applicable laws in jurisdictions where the service is permitted.
